Once the work has been completed, the technicians will advise you of the time taken to complete your work. Once in the online shop, you select the time, and the cost will be shown. For time of one hour and under, simply select the time shown. For times longer than an hour either:

Divide the time, so 1 hour 30 min is two amounts of 45 mins. Select 45 min and change the quantity to 2.

For non divisible amounts (say 3 hours 20 mins), select 60 min and change quantity to 3, add to cart, then return to cart and add a further 20 mins.

Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive a copy of your payment by e-mail. Show the technician this payment on you device or print a paper copy to show them.

Please don't purchase more than the amount quoted, as refunds are not available.
